How It Works
Work Order Agent is a platform that allows property management
companies to offer SMS-based maintenance request handling. Tenants can text their
property management company's dedicated phone number to report maintenance issues
and receive updates on their work orders.
When you text the maintenance line, an AI assistant will help you describe your
issue, assess its urgency, and create a work order — all through a simple text
conversation. You'll receive updates as your request is assigned and completed.
Opt-In & Consent
By texting your property management company's maintenance number, you consent
to receive the following automated SMS messages from Work Order Agent:
- Work order confirmations and status updates
- Maintenance assignment notifications
- Follow-up surveys about completed work
- Emergency maintenance alerts
- Responses to your maintenance inquiries
Tenants and employees may also be enrolled by their property management company
during account setup, at which point an introductory message is sent with opt-out
instructions (reply STOP).
SMS Terms
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your
maintenance requests and work order activity.
- You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message
from our system. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will
be sent.

- Your phone number and message content are used solely for processing and
tracking maintenance requests. We do not share your information with third
parties for marketing purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon,
and others.
